Things you will need to make the Dosas.

1/2 Cup Krafted Little Millet / Sama Ke chawal

2 Tbsp Sabudana or Sago

1 Tbsp Peanuts

1 or 2 Green-chilli

1 inch Ginger

1 Tbsp Coriander leaves

Salt as per choice
Process:
- Wash and Soak Little millet and Sabudana for an hour.
- Add the soaked sabudana and little millet , green chili, ginger, peanuts, coriander leaves, salt and water in a mixer grinder
- Grind it well.
- Add the batter on the ghee greased and heated pan.
- Cook them well and serve with green chutney.
