Ingredients RAGI RAVA CURD SALT ONION TOMATO GREEN CHILLI CORIANDER WATER Preparation Soak Ragi rava in curd and water with salt for 30 mins- 1 hour. Add all the chopped veggies once soaked and adjust the consistency with water if needed. Heat the Tawa, add oil and pour the uttapam batter on it. Cover and let it cook for 2 mins, now flip it and cook. Serve it hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
