Ingredients
- 1 AND ½ CUP WHOLE MILK ¼ TH KRAFTED MILLETS KODO MILLET
- 1 TBSP ALMONDS
- 1 TBSP PISTACHIOS
- 1 PUNCH OF CARDAMOM
- 1 TBSP SUGAR or sweetener of your choice.
- 1 TBSP GHEE
- Pinch of Kesar
Ready in 30 minutes
Preparation
- Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp of ghee, let the ghee heat add the Koda millet and roast it very well once roasted add the almonds and pistachios, roast them well too. Turn off the flame.
- In another pan add milk and let it come to a boil once boiled add the Kesar strands, now add the roasted mixture, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Stir occasionally, after 12 minutes check if the millet is cooked. Once it is cooked add sugar and boil.
- Plate it in your favourite bowl, and garnish it with pistachios, almonds, Kesar and rose petals.
- Serve it hot or cold as you would like.
