Millet paneer cutlets | Vrat ki tikki | Kache kele ki tikki

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Krafted little milet
  • 3 raw bananas
  • 3 green chillis
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1/4 cup paneer
  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil
  • Salt as per taste

Process:

  1. Wash and soak Krafted millets little millet and than cook in boiling water until the grain is perfectly cooked.
  2. Pressure cook the ripe bananas with some salt for two whistles. Let the cooker rest and strain the bananas and let them cool down.
  3. In a mixture grinder pot add green chillies coriander and peanuts. Grind them well and make a paste.
  4. To make the Tikki’s add cooked little millet , coriander, chilli paste, salt and bananas in a mixing bowl. Mix all of them well.
  5. Grease your hands with some ghee and make the tikki’s, fill Paneer in middle of the tikkis. Roast the Tikki’s on a pan in some ghee or oil you can also deep fry it and enjoy with some green Chutney or sweet chutney.
