Ingredients

1/2 Cup Little Millet

1 Cup Milk

1 & 1/2 Cup Water

1 Tbsp Jaggery powder or Sugar

1 Espresso shot or make Instant coffee Decoction

1 Banana slices
-
Almonds chips
-
Or any toppings of your choice
Preparation:

Wash and soak little millet for 30 mins.

Add the soaked millet and water to a pan, and let it cook for about 5 mins.

Now add the milk and let it cook properly. once cooked turn off the flame and cool it down.

Now take the cooled down mixture into a mixing bowl and add jaggery powder and espresso shot. Mix it well and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Add the cold porridge to a bowl garnish it with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
