Ingredients
- 3/4th Cup Little millet/ sama
- 1 Potato
- 1 Tbsp peanuts
- 2 green chili
- 1 Tsp Jeera
- 1 and 1/2 cup water
- 1Tbsp Ghee
- Salt swaasth anusaar
Process:
- Wash and soak the little millet for 20 mins.
- In a kadhai add some ghee, jeera, peanuts, greenchilli and potatoes roast them well.
- Add the soaked Sama and roast everything together.
- Once roasted add water and salt cook well, garnish with coriander and enjoy.
