Healthy Ragi Rotis

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Carrot

  • 1 Cup Beetroot

  • 2 Cup Spinach

  • 3 Cups Krafted millet ragi flour

  • Rock salt (as per taste)

Ready in 20 minutes

Serves 3 People

Preparation

  1. Soak wash and chop vegetables, now add vegetables separately to the blender jar and make a smooth paste

  2. Take 1 cup of Krafted millet ragi flour, salt and add the vegetable paste to knead the dough and make perfect dough balls repeat the same procedure with every vegetable paste

  3. Roll out the dough balls with a rolling pin or hands as per your convenience.

  4. Heat the Tawa on medium flame and place the ragi roti use some water on the top to ensure no cracks on the roti.

  5. Once the rotis are cooked put them on flame and find perfectly inflated rotis

  6. Brush it with ghee and serve hot, Colorful rotis with your favorite vegetables or dal

Tips

Knead the floor and make the rotis immediately, Ragi is gluten-free; hence, if the dough is kept for a long time, the roti tends to have cracks.
