Easy, No-Cook, Overnight Kodo Millet with Chia, Cacao, and Maple: A Delicious and Healthy Breakfast Option

Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooked kodo millet
1/2 cup milk of your choice
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Fresh fruit (berries, banana, mango)
Nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, chia seeds)
Instructions:
In a jar or container with a lid, combine the cooked kodo millet, plant-based milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, and salt. Stir well to combine.
Cover the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
In the morning, stir the mixture well. The chia seeds should have absorbed some of the liquid and expanded.
