Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked kodo millet
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of salt

Fresh fruit (berries, banana, mango)
- Nuts and seeds (almonds, walnuts, chia seeds)
Instructions:
- In a jar or container with a lid, combine the cooked kodo millet, plant-based milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, maple syrup, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
- In the morning, stir the mixture well. The chia seeds should have absorbed some of the liquid and expanded.
- Top with your desired toppings and enjoy!
